Missionary Bound

I am leaving for Boston, Massachusetts to be a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on July 3, 2013. See you in 18 months!

Hello I am Rachel, a college girl who is often found in the kitchen. I know it's often hard for students to know how to cook, so here are some tutorials that students or anyone can use. I know the importance of staying healthy and having good, balanced meals, so I try to cook as healthily as possible. I also have a chronic condition called Cystic Fibrosis as well, so healthy eating is important to me. However, I also love to bake some sweets every now and then :) Many people may think it's impossible to not live off of Ramen noodles, spaghetti, tacos, etc while in college, so my purpose here is to show people it IS possible to stay on a budget and eat healthy, delicious meals! These usually have less ingredients and aren't too difficult. If I use another person's recipe, will provide the source from where it came from. Please post your feedback on the recipes you try!
